Itinerary
Day 1 – Kuala Lumpur → Taman Negara
Depart early morning from Kuala Lumpur and drive 3 hours to Kuala Tembeling jetty.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue 2–3 hours by boat through the jungle to Taman
Negara Resort. Watch for monitor lizards swimming in the river! Check in at the resort.
After dinner, experience a night jungle walk through the dark rainforest.
Overnight : Taman Negara Resort
Day 2 – Taman Negara
Breakfast at the resort. Jungle walk to the Canopy Walk and Bukit Teresek along
picturesque trails. See preserved plant species, birds, and hear the symphony of
cicadas and insects. Lunch at the resort. Afternoon excursion to Lata Berkoh. Enjoy
the serene boat ride to the cascade, take a dip in the clear pool, or relax by the
riverbank. Dinner at the resort.
Overnight : Taman Negara Resort
Meal : B
Day 3 – Taman Negara → Kuala Lumpur
After breakfast, it is time to leave the National Park and return to the civilized
world. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer by boat and bus back to Kuala Lumpur.
