Trip Description
Take a morning boat trip on the Mae Kok River to observe elephants bathing, hilltribe lifestyles,
and natural scenery along the riverbanks. Activities include boat cruising, hiking, village life, plantation visits, and cultural exchange.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Chiang Rai → Karen Village
Transfer by bus/van to Chiang Rai Pier.
Board the boat along the Kok River to Karen Village. Visit and participate in the Karen Housewife Group.
Homestay at Karen Village.
Overnight : Homestay
Meal : L/D
Day 2 – Karen Village → Lahu Village
Enjoy an 8 km nature walk to Ban Pha Kwang.
Take a 45‑minute boat trip to Lahu Village.
Cultural exchange and homestay in Lahu Village.
Overnight : Homestay
Meal : B/L/D
Day 3 – Lahu Village → Thaton → Chiang Rai / Chiang Mai
Visit Lahu plantation.
Boat trip to Thaton.
Transfer by bus/van to Chiang Rai (arrive ~17:30) or Chiang Mai (~20:00).
